Our Story

Born in the quarantine of 2020, FAS Training Center is taking things back to the basics, focusing on the fundamentals, and science. No gimmicks, no distractions, just customized training programs that work.

FAS trainers are all certified, and experts in their field. They are on your team, and will design customized, comprehensive, and effective programs. Providing guidance and education every step of the way.

Working with Rachel was critical for me

 I had lost my mojo after years of dieting and could not get back on track with my diet, fitness and muscle building.  I loved every session and the time just flew.  I started at 138 with low muscle tone and got to 119 with a higher concentration of muscle with definition!  The benefits I didn’t see coming were my gains in strength and of course confidence!  This group knows what they are doing and I highly recommend them!  Rachel help me pull it all together for my daughter’s wedding and I am so, so grateful!

Training virtually

As a healthcare worker and person with a chronic injury I understand the importance of physical fitness, and also the need to socially distance during this challenging time. I have been working with Rachel virtually for about 9 months and have found my strength and fitness levels have continuously improved. She is experienced, fun and can correct my form in a way I could never get in a programmed class.  It also works great with my schedule! Thanks Rachel- for training me from home!

Calvin is a fantastic trainer with a wealth of fitness knowledge! He has an athletic background, so he's able to practice what he preaches and really help an athlete understand how to perform certain lifts and movements. He's helped me become significantly stronger, increasing my powerlifting total by nearly 200 lbs in just 6 months. But more importantly, he helped me to improve my form across the major lifts to maximize safety, reduce injury risk, and optimize for performance. Whatever your fitness goals are, I highly recommend getting in touch with Calvin and FAS!

Rachel and Calvin are not only two of the best trainers I’ve worked with, but also two of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know. Both Rachel and Calvin are great trainers. They know how the body works and explain why the exercises you are doing work to make you stronger. Regardless of your starting fitness level, you will be better off after you train with them.
